29th Sep, 2016: Scrap Gold, Silver and Platinum prices witness marginal decline

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Thursday, 29^th September, 2016 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 2.24 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 2.88 and $ 3.51 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 1.44 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 10.94 per Oz to reach $ 742.24 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed slightly on the lower side at $15.65 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.09 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 2.12 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap were down marginally by $ 2.71 and $ 3.32 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 1.36 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by $ 10.94 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices witnessed a fall of $ 0.08 per Oz.
