27th Feb, 2015: Chinese Aluminum Scrap prices fall; Brass scrap unchanged

BEIJING (Scrap Monster) : The Chinese Aluminum scrap prices declined marginally on the Scrap Monster Price Index on February 27^th, Friday.

6063 Extrusions were down by CNY 50 per MT. Aluminum Radiators and Transformers prices too declined by CNY 50 per MT each. E.C Aluminum Wire prices dropped by CN50 per MT to touch CNY 12,900 per MT. Old Cast and Sheet prices too witnessed a down move of CNY 100 per MT and CNY 50 per MT respectively. UBC prices witnessed a decline of CNY 50 per MT over the day. Zorba 90% INF prices too went lower by CNY 50 per MT.

Meanwhile, Brass Radiator prices remained unchanged at CNY 32,300 per MT over the previous day. Red Brass and Yellow Brass prices too remained flat over the previous day.

Also, Stainless steel scrap prices remained flat.

201 SS prices remained unchanged at CNY 4,000 per MT.

The prices of 304 SS Solid and 304 SS Turning too held steady.

309 SS, 310 SS, 316 SS Solid and Shred SS prices too witnessed no change on February 27^th, 2015.
