24th July, 2017: Chinese copper scrap prices declined further on Index

BEIJING (Scrap Monster): The Chinese aluminum scrap prices remained unchanged on ScrapMonster Price Index  as on July 24^th, Monday. Steel and Stainless Steel scrap prices too held steady. Meantime, copper scrap prices registered marginal decline over the previous day. Brass scrap and Bronze scrap prices too were flat on Index.

Copper Scrap Prices

#1 Copper Bare Bright prices were down by CNY 200 per MT over the previous day. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing and #2 Copper Wire and Tubing too declined marginally by CNY 200 per MT each.

#1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery prices remained unchanged at CNY 27,000 per MT upon comparison with the previous day. The price of #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery remained unchanged over the previous day.

Copper Transformer and Cu Yokes prices remained flat over the previous day.

Cu/Al Radiator scrap prices too held steady over the day. Harness Wire 35% Recovery prices held steady.

Heater Cores prices held steady at CNY 26,150 per MT on Monday, July 24^th.

Meantime, Scrap Electric Motors and Sealed Units prices remained unchanged when compared with the previous day.

Aluminum Scrap Prices

The prices of 6063 Extrusions reported no change in prices. Aluminum Ingots too were unchanged at CNY 14,250 per MT.

Meantime, prices of Aluminum Radiators and Aluminum Transformers held steady on July 24^th, 2017.

The prices of E.C Aluminum Wire, Old Cast and Old Sheet recorded no change in prices when matched with the prior day.

UBC and Zorba 90% NF prices too were flat on Index.

Steel Scrap Prices

#1 HMS prices held steady at CNY 1,630 per MT on 24^th July, 2017.

Cast Iron Scrap too reported no change in prices.

Stainless Steel Scrap Prices

201 SS and 304 SS Solid prices remained flat on Index.

304 SS Turning too registered no change in daily prices.

309 SS, 310 SS and 316 SS Solid scrap prices edged higher by CNY 50 per MT each on July 24^th, 2017.

Meantime, Shred SS prices held steady at CNY 9,050 per MT respectively.

Brass/Bronze Scrap Prices

Brass Radiator scrap prices saw no variation in prices on July 24^th, 2017.

Red Brass and Yellow Brass prices too remained unchanged on Index.
