BEIJING (Scrap Monster): The Chinese scrap prices mostly moved higher on ScrapMonster Price Index as on Monday, September 1st.
#1 HMS prices remained unchanged from the prices a day before. The price of #1 Bare Bright Copper Wire increased by CNY 150 per MT. #1 Copper and #2 Copper prices too increased by CNY 150 per MT over the previous day.
The prices of 201 Stainless Steel remained flat over the day. 304 Stainless Steel prices remained unchanged from the previous day. 316 Stainless Steel prices too witnessed no change over the previous day. Al/Cu Radiator scrap prices climbed higher by CNY 50 per MT to touch CNY 26,850 per MT over the day.
Cast Iron Scrap saw no change in price as on 1st September.
Nickel scrap prices advanced by CNY 200 per MT, to touch CNY 129,900 per MT.
Shred Stainless Steel prices remained flat.
Shred Zinc prices went higher by CNY 50 per MT over the day.
Soft Lead prices declined by CNY 50 per MT to touch CNY 12,150 per MT.
