BEIJING (Scrap Monster): The Chinese scrap prices fell sharply on ScrapMonster Price Index as on July 17th, Thursday.
#1 HMS prices remained unchanged from the prices a day before. The price of #1 Bare Bright Copper Wire declined by CNY 500 per MT. #1 Copper and #2 Copper prices too were down by CNY 500 each per MT.
201 Stainless Steel, 304 Stainless Steel and 316 Stainless Steel prices remained flat over the previous day.
The Al/Cu Radiator prices witnessed a down move of CNY 150 per MT.
Cast Iron Scrap prices witnessed no change in price on 17th July.
Nickel scrap prices declined by CNY 200 per MT to touch CNY 130,500 per MT.
Shred Stainless Steel and Soft Lead prices remained unchanged.
Shred Zinc prices were down by CNY 50 per MT.
