22nd September, 2017: Scrap Gold and Platinum prices declined, Silver gained

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and platinum prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Friday, 22^nd September, 2017 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Silver scrap prices increased marginally over the previous day.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 0.20 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 0.26 and $ 0.31 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 0.13 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 8.75 per Oz to reach $ 680.27 per Oz. Silver scrap prices increased marginally by $0.02 per Oz when compared with the previous day.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 0.19 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap were down $ 0.24 and $ 0.30 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 0.12 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by $ 8.75 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices witnessed marginal rise of $0.02 per Oz.
