RSS, in conjunction with Mark Pennell of Regulatory Compliance Services, has recently released "PCBManager.com", an advanced software package for PCB and electrical equipment inventories. "PCBManager.com" was designed by regulatory experts who have spent many years working with utilities throughout the United States, and was based upon a proven PCB record-keeping system that is currently being used by over 200 utilities. PCBManager.com is the fourth generation of software systems design by Regulatory Software Services, Inc.

As the EPA's PCB regulations grow more complex and stringent, it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with all of the documentation and reporting obligations.
