COMMODITY : HMS 1&2 80:20 cut to size not exceeding 1.5mtr in length, 1mtr in width and 3mm in thickness and above with no individual piece weighing more than 100kgs. Cast iron up to 10% is acceptable, but there should be negligible presence of galvanized iron scrap, especially GI sheets. No presence of mud or dust or non metallic of what so ever in nature is acceptable. Minimum weight of each container should be 20MT and above. We conform to ISRI 210/202/203/204/205/206.
PERIOD OF SHIPMENTS : 5000 MT as trial order with ongoing monthly shipment at equal amounts.
CONTRACT QUANTITY : ongoing
ORIGIN : At sellers choice
DELIVERY TERMS : CIF
PORT OF DESTINATION : Mumbai or VIZAG
PAYMENT : By Irrevocable, no transferable, no divisible 100% L/C at sight

PROPOSED PROCEDURES:

1. Seller issue FCO on company letter head to the buyer.
2.Buyer accepts FCO by completing and signing.
3.Buyer issues LOI on company letter head to the seller.
4. Seller officially invite the Buyer for inspect the goods or sends photos of the scrap.
5.Seller issues draft contract open for amendments.
6.Seller and Buyer signs the contract .
7.Seller send Proforma invoice to the Buyer.
8.Buyer instructs his bank to initiate the opening of L/C.
9.Seller commences the shipment as per contract
